As you may be aware, earlier this week the Governor removed the indoor masking mandate from a state level and left the decisions up to the county department of health and local businesses themselves. Westchester continues to emphasize that they are following and agreeing with the guidelines from the CDC and NYS.
Taking into consideration that our goal throughout the pandemic has been: "to do all things motivated by our love for one another," we have decided to follow Gov. Hochul's recommendation.
As of Sunday, February 13th masks are no longer mandated in the building, except when singing during our Sunday services. We will continue to leave our seating with increased separation to allow for further comfort and protection for our BCC family. This change also includes allowing our children to be unmasked in their Sunday School activities.
If you feel safer wearing your mask, we encourage you to do so. Bedford Community Church will also continue to provide masks at the front doors for those who would like them.
Thank you and we can't wait to see you on Sunday!
