The New Testament book of Hebrews is often overlooked. It is written to folk who are drifting from their Christian commitment. This letter attempts to get them back on the right track by exalting the person and work of our Lord Jesus Christ, showing that he is better than any alternative. The author urges them to move forward, to go on to Christian maturity.
